My husband, 4 adult children and their families enjoyed a fantastic extended holiday in this home. I loved the eclectic design and the roominess never made us feel like we were on top of each other. It was extremely close to town and the slopes. Communication from the host before check in and upon checkout was perfect.

We can for a ski trip and this house was perfectly located about 2-4 min from both Holiday Valley and Holimont. The property is exactly as listed and Karen from Evolve was a great host. Highly recommend.

House was great. We had a large group and the house was very spacious and had a great location.... close to downtown Ellicotville and less than a 5 minute drive to Holiday Valley. Owner was very communicative and helpful. We would stay here again!

Great accommodations and location

A group of us stayed here for a golf getaway in May 2024. The residence more than met our needs. It was clean and spacious. The layout allowed for both relaxation for some and entertainment for others. The location is close to downtown amenities which was a bonus. The interaction with the host was pleasant and professional. I would strong recommend this location.

Perfect multi family trip

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here with 15 people total, multiple families, kids. The house is designed perfectly for that. Multiple bathrooms, kitchens and common areas. Very easy check-in. House very close to main area of Ellicotville shops and restaurants.

Ski Trip Stay

Great large house for ski weekend at Holiday Valley! 2 min to slopes and downtown. Lots of parking. Nice big game room for everyone to enjoy Apres Ski! Rooms divided into two sides of the house with one room on the first floor. Nice big dinning room table for 11-12 to eat at together! Nice historic charm will space for everyone!

Yearly SKI Weekend

We have stayed at this property with Karen as the host for about 4 years running now and every single time we love our trip. This year the Skiing wasn't great but the house makes the trip every time. There's plenty of space for people do there own thing if they don't want to do what the group wants. The bathrooms are always clean, the sheets and beds are always perfect. 10/10

Girls Trip 2025

This house is best described as "Eclectic". With two separate stairways to the second floor. One to the north and one to the south. Neither side is connected on the second floor so to get from the second floor of one side of the house, you had to go down one set and up another to get to the other. The house having two kitchens is a HUGE plus. Our group of friends enjoyed our stay at this house. Having eight bedrooms allowed us all to have our own room which was a major perk from other rentals we have used. We all felt the walk to downtown was easy. The back patio and fire pit were perfect for just hanging out. We did have a couple issues with one of the refrigerators and one dishwasher in which the owner came to try to resolve. We also struggled with the heater in the game room. It wasn't a huge problem as the weather was nice but the nights were very cool and it would have been nice to have the heat in that room. Overall- we felt it was a great stay for the price.

Ellicottville Weekend

Guest host was very responsive to any and all questions. Entry instructions were easy. Home was clean and kitchens stocked well with necessary cookware, dishes, etc. Teenagers loved the game room with pool table! Only minutes to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley. We were entertained by the Ski Skimming event which our guest host told us about. All in all a great weekend for all.

Great Vacation Rental!

This house has something for everyone. It is a perfect place to come and just enjoy being away from home. The Slopes are a rocks throw away and there is plenty of outdoor parks to go to if your not a Skier. House was clean and cozy in every aspect of the word.
