The private furnished balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand of Redington Shores Beach. With comfortable outdoor seating and an elevated fourth-floor view, the balcony provides an inviting place to enjoy morning coffee, relax in the coastal breeze, or watch a colorful sunset over the Gulf.

Inside, the spacious living and dining area features comfortable seating, coastal inspired decor, tile flooring, a flat-panel cable television, and sliding glass doors framing the beachfront view. Great condo in a wonderful location. Loved the easy access to the beach. Really enjoyed visiting the other nearby beaches. Took one day to visit Universal since it's just under a 2hr drive. The pool was clean and relaxing as well. I had read previous reviews about the elevator being out; unfortunately, it was out for our entire week, which isn't fun when on the fourth floor. Other than that, the place was wonderful.

We had a great stay at this beach condo! The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The living room setup was awesome - spacious, inviting, and perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The only downside was the pillows, which weren’t very comfortable. Overall - a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely consider coming back.

This particular unit clearly has parts that have been updated and parts that defiantly need to be updated. The laundry/storage room is so packed you can barely get in to put laundry in. The dryer NEEDS TO BE UPDATED…IT DOES NOT DRY,, we ran DAMP clothing for 80 minutes on high heat and it still was not dry. There was a pile of dust/lint/sand just sitting on the floor in there that clearly was brushed in with a swiffer and left. I’ve rented SEVERAL units in the Madeira, reddington, Indian shores area and this one I had high hopes we would love it..not so much. The mattresses need updated, a few basics added would be nice ..like salt and pepper at least. It was stated on the paper work to drop keys downstairs at the office upon checkout and if no one was there leave them in the drop box. I got a call 2 hours after we left asking where the keys were and basically got scolded because I was supposed to leave them at the ram sea NOT the office at sea oats…a bit of clarification stating THE OFFICE AT THE RAM SEA in paper work would be nice rather than a all after the fact saying “that’s not what you are supposed to do”

We’re sorry Sea Oats 407 by JC Resorts wasn’t quite the comfortable beach stay you were hoping for, Gina. We appreciate you sharing the details, especially the laundry room and checkout experience, as both are areas we can improve. We’ve since had the dryer looked over, and once the lint trap was cleaned and the heat setting adjusted, it was drying properly. The new owner also plans to clear out the laundry room shelving, which will make the space much easier to use. We understand the confusion with the keys as well and are making the checkout instructions more prominent so the correct JC Resorts office is clear. We appreciate the honest feedback and hope to give you a much smoother island stay next time.

Family vacation

This is our second time staying in this condo and it was just as great as the first. The bathrooms had been updated, which was a bonus. There are plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach toys, linens, and the kitchen is well stocked. The condo was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back again.

Great location, excellent condo

Redington Shores is perfect, nestled between St. Pete and Clearwater. You avoid large crowds and traffic, the food is awesome and people are very friendly. The condo was extremely nice and very comfortable!

Great family getaway

This property is just as listed. It is clean, updated, and had everything we needed. We loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning and using the grill at night to cook. Thanks for another great vacation!
