Sleeping arrangements
Created for two guests, this one room suite features one bedroom with a comfortable king bed dressed in soft linens. Essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with an iron and hair dryer for convenience.

Outdoor living
The patio or balcony offers space to unwind in the coastal breeze. A grill and barbecue utensils are ready for easy outdoor meals, and the open backyard provides a grassy spot to enjoy the fresh air after a day by the beach.

Kitchen & dining
A mini-fridge and coffee maker are available for drinks or light snacks. With the outdoor grill close by, you can prepare simple meals while taking in the relaxed seaside atmosphere.

Work & connectivity
Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace let you stay connected or check in with work before exploring Jacksonville Beach. A TV is also available when you’re ready to unwind.

Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the temperature comfortable year-round. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for peace of mind.

Self check-in is simple with keypad entry, and free driveway parking is provided for one vehicle.
