The suite
Step through your private entrance into a space designed to do one thing well: help you settle in and breathe. A king bed anchors the room, dressed in soft linens and positioned for rest. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable whatever Florida's weather decides to bring. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are all provided, so you can travel light and arrive ready.
 
Bathroom
The private bathroom is entirely yours - a walk-in shower, hair dryer, and bathroom essentials ready when you need them. No sharing, no working around anyone else's schedule.
 
Workspace
A dedicated desk with chair and Wifi gives you a proper place to work if the week follows you here. Catch up on emails, map out the day, or close the laptop early and head toward the water - the choice is yours.
Kitchen & dining
A Keurig one-cup coffee maker handles your morning routine, and a mini-fridge keeps drinks and snacks within reach. Hangers and an iron are on hand for keeping things neat during longer stays.
 
Outdoor space
The backyard is open, relaxed, and easy to settle into. Fire up the grill - barbecue utensils included - and let the evening stretch out around you. It's the kind of space guests keep coming back for.
 
Entertainment & safety
A TV with standard cable is there for winding down. For peace of mind, the suite includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
 
Parking & arrival
One free driveway parking space is included. Self check-in via keypad means you arrive on your own schedule - no waiting around, no coordination needed.
 
Location
Sitting in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, you're two blocks from the shoreline and an easy walk from local dining, shopping, and everything the beach town has going on. Whether it's a weekend getaway or a longer stay, the location does a lot of the work for you.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
