Overall good stay, the balcony was my absolute favorite, the view and atmosphere was great. The ease of getting to the beach and also the convenience of the pool were amazing, made our trip so enjoyable. There was an issue with the cleanliness, but I was able to contact the host and they responded immediately which was very appreciated. Loved Jacksonville, I told all my friends and family about this place and recommended it. Great stay!

The Dunes on 1st street is our newly renovated condominium here in Jax Beach. We are all locals here to Jax and have a passion for creating memorable experiences for all who choose to stay at our humble abode. With back grounds focused in business and management, we aim to provide the best experience possible to all our guests. We went for a boho beach style with an emphasis on retro beach vibes. It would be our pleasure to host you here, at the Dunes on 1st street.

Why they chose this property

We are a fairly quiet and relaxing street, located next door to the oceanfront park and UNF Art Center. Looking from your private balcony you can watch the sunrise while sipping on your morning cup of coffee. You may also have street view to see many of our friendly neighbors walking their dogs, jogging or riding a bike down 1st street. Private walkway to beach is conveniently located to the right of our clean and sparkly pool.

Located off the main-road this location is walking distance from variety of restaurants and shopping. We are also just a few blocks from our neighborhood Starbucks!
