We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo! The location was incredibly convenient for our visit to Mayo Clinic, which made everything so much easier. After long days of appointments, it was so nice to come back to such a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing place.The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including a coffee maker, pots and pans, beach chairs, and all the little things that make it feel like home rather than just a place to stay. We also really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area right outside the unit.One of our favorite things was being just steps from the beach. It was wonderful to be able to walk down to the water and relax, especially during what could otherwise have been a stressful trip. The combination of being so convenient to Mayo while also feeling like a peaceful beach getaway was perfect for us.We were very comfortable here and would absolutely stay again!

A Little Place with a Whole Lot of Personality!My daughter and I visited Jax Beach for the first time to attend our cousin’s wedding shower, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!This adorable little space has been beautifully renovated, and they’ve done such a great job making it cute, cozy, and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos, and everything was spotless and smelled so fresh when we walked in. The Murphy bed was a great use of space, and I was pleasantly surprised by how thick and comfortable the futon was!The location couldn’t have been better! We walked to dinner, stumbled upon a nearby bar celebrating Oktoberfest (which was so much fun!), and I loved being able to walk right out the back door and onto the beach every morning. We really felt like we were right in the middle of everything.The host was wonderful, too! She was always quick to respond, kept us updated, and clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need. I had forgotten our beach chairs, so finding chairs already there for us to use was such a nice surprise! Between the beach and pool essentials and all the little thoughtful touches, you can tell she really cares about her guests and their experience.This little place was exactly what we were hoping for and made our mother-daughter weekend even more special. It’s a great spot for a couple or solo traveler looking to enjoy Jax Beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

It looked larger in the pictures on line. But, space was perfect for two people. It was clean, clean, clean! Easy access in and out, private access to the beach. Location …..so convenient. Stay was well worth it. Would recommend.

Great rental!

This was an amazing place! Booking and checking in and out was easy! Communication from property management was excellent! Very beautiful place right next to a pool and the ocean. The unit is very nice and clean and the bed is comfortable! Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Great place for one or two people.

Super clean, just as advertised. Can’t get any closer to the beach and this place was perfect for the solo traveler that I was. Communication with the host was also very easy and also prompt. Can highly recommend this tiny gem!

Super quiet and relaxing place to stay. Would recommend and stay again. Only thing is bring your bikes. You can see everything in a couple city blocks. Bikes were the preferred transportation around the town. Short walk to pier and the restaurant selection is vast. The local eateries were excellent.

Very comfortable bed and attention to detail overall. Enjoyed cooking in vs always going out. Delighted to discover beach toys for my 4 yr. old grandson who visited for a day. Hope to return.
