This was the perfect location for us to stay in for our trip. Close the necessities but still in a quiet area with a great walking trail right behind it. Host was very communicative and instructions for everything was clear.

The location near the river is lovely and it’s a good use of space above a commercial property. The rooms were simple but nice and clean. The bed in the main bedroom was too soft for our liking which is the only thing that detracted from our short stay.

Room was clean and close to the bike trail, which was great. There were a few restraraunts which we could walk to but unfortunately the town has lost many businesses and is trying to revitalize. We had some trouble checking in as the electronic locks information was not clear in the instructions. A few more tips using the locks would have been helpful. Overall, the bed was comfortable and shower nice. A good location for pur purpose of biking on the trail.

Our door code didnt work but the property mgr was very responsive via phone and got us in. Great location by river walking path and also only 2+ miles from the wedding venue! We even walked to Ginnys for a great breakfast!

The door to our unit did not work properly and the lock itself you had to press the buttons several times in order to make it work. The mini split units inside were not working properly. It took two days to get the temperature that we were looking for. And we only stayed three days.
very cool idea to renovate the top floor of a commercial building. we had a problem getting in our room with the door code but the property mgr was very responsive. great location on the river, with great walking paths. appreciate the extra room fan too! would have been nice to have extra towels.

We just stayed in unit 7. So cute and cozy. I kinda wish there had been some basic dishes, but we stopped and got paper products. Peeked in to see unit 10. Want to stay there next time. It has a water view. It was truly unique! A flight of stairs leads up to the units which is a little rough with luggage. But not bad. We will definitely Stay again! 30 min drive to beach. Loved it!!!!

Unique Stays changed me to a different loft as the one I rented was under maintenance. I arrive to different loft to a broken chair, an uncleaned bed, liquor bottles and boxes full of garbage all over room, rotten food on counter, and to top it off, urine all over toilet seat. Unique stays problem solving skills involved moving me to a different loft and having housekeeper clean by 8pm (even though I worked at 7pm). I booked elsewhere, was late to work, and will never even consider stay here again.
