Reme is a private self-contained Cottage nestled amongst the trees on your own tranquil 10 acre property, just 2 hours from Sydney. Ideal for families or a romantic getaway, and only 25 minutes to the cellar doors of the Hunter Valley.

We offer a “home away from home” experience for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

THE COTTAGE
Reme Cottage is located on a private farm with stunning tranquil views over Lambs Valley. Sit back and enjoy the space or use the Cottage as a base to visit the wineries. You can always come back after a day out and enjoy the space, a BBQ or a wine by the open fire.

Enjoy the sun-soaked outdoor area whilst watching the kids play on the park like grounds. Just sit back & relax on the deck checking out the amazing local wildlife. With Kangaroos, Kookaburras, cockatoos just to name a few.

The expansive grassed areas provides more space than you need to kick a ball around, throw a Frisbee, play cricket or for the kids to run around. In the winter months light the open fire, enjoy a hot chocolate or coffee and watch the mist roll in through the valley and bush lands.

There's even an outdoor fire pit for guests to enjoy a camping atmosphere. Be sure to bring a bag of Marshmallows to toast on the fire… (Winter only due to bush fire risks)

Just 30mins away is the township of Branxton, the gateway to the world-renowned Hunter Valley wine country of Pokolbin and Rothbury. Here you will find shops and restaurants, supermarkets and a cafe.

ACCOMMODATION
Reme Cottage offers 1 master bedroom and a large loft area with completely private bushland views from every room . The main master bedroom is on the ground level of the Cottage.

We provide lovely fresh linen and towels (included for your stay) All beds are made up with Duvets (with covers) and have blankets and plenty of pillows.

Bed 1 : King bed (Ground level)
Bed 2 : Queen bed, in a very generous size loft room
Bed 3 : 2x Single beds in a very generous loft room
(Please note that the loft areas are adjoining, but very large and separated by a staircase)

The main bathroom is on the ground level and has a separate toilet and shower.

There are plenty of extra rugs and throws and the cottage is fully reverse cycle Air Conditioning throughout for year round comfort.

LIVING SPACE
Our huge open plan dining and kitchen area allows you to cook and mix with your friends and family, or just relax by the open fireplace in the lounge room.

A fully equipped home style kitchen with a modern stove and cooktop, setup with ample cooking accessories makes cooking with your guests very easy. The kitchen adjoins the large dining room (seating 6 persons) and joins the lounge, all looking out onto the open farm landscape.

You can relax out on our veranda and enjoy the stunning views, which is ideal for entertaining. Our outdoor table seats up to 6 guests. Or stay inside by the fire on those cool winter days. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck whilst watching the children play a game in the flat park like grassland adjoining the house.

There are books, games, magazines and outdoor toys. Children are very welcome and will love the large open flat spaces!!!

There are Internal washing machines and a ironing board, outdoor gas BBQ and outdoor table.

Our property extends to 10 acres, and covers multiple areas of farm and bush land, so your total privacy during your stay is assured.

Access is easy with a key code on the door so you don’t have the bother of picking up or dropping back keys.

Reme Cottage is a true family home, owned by a family and setup as a family home. We promise to provide you with a true home away from home experience.
