Home away from home with all of the appliances and furnishings to make our stay very comfortable. The front door was a bit of a challenge, the vinyl flooring was was tacky and when I wore my white socks around the first night the bottoms were filthy.
Cant fault the house i Stayed 3 weeks nice place, very well stocked, shower supplies, plates bowls ect, fridge, freezer big tv plenty of room, like 5min from.shopsQuick to offer new sheets towl.clean ect (which is 50 extra week didnt no about)They do have some.nosy neighbours always arguing but thats anywhere..Only downfall came when it came to trying to get money back, to no.fault of my own my work cancled my trip a week ealry, which i informed host about over 8days before leaving, no refund was offered, when they have a.cancleation policy of 7 days and half back.. so lost over 1k after staying there 3weeks, so that was really disappointing

Thank you for your feedback. Our cancellation policy refers to pre arrival date not midway change of mind/circumstance. We offered to refund you once you changed your booking if we could get a new guest booking to cover the 4 days you would not be occupying the house. Unfortunately we did not get a booking for those 4 days.
The offer to change the sheets and towels was at NO cost to you this is something we often do for guests, again with zero charge.
I am glad you liked the house and thank you for looking after it as well as you did.

We had a nice two nights at this property. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a simple and no fuss property.
Things to note - the property is on a dead end street which is good, however it is near a main road so it can be a little noisy. As this is an investment property, the owners have someone else run it, this meant some things got missed like dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
It would have been nice if the pantry was a bit more stocked with basics such as salt.
Otherwise a lovely house and would stay again if these things were rectified.

Hi Milena, We sincerely apologise for the dishes that were left in the dishwasher. While we do our best to NOT overlook something as important as this, in 6 years of operation this is a first.
Regarding the salt, we have added this to our list of things we provide, The items in the pantry apart form tea, coffee and sugar are items left behind by previous guest, including salt, pepper and other spices.
As per our listing we supply the basics - tea coffee sugar milk.
we hope you have a wonderful week, year and enjoy your travels.
