About this property

Peaceful holiday in the heart of a vineyard!

Thanks to our cottage for 6 people, we want to offer you an unforgettable stay. The large house (140 m²) has 3 bedrooms with king size bed. A cot is made available for young children. A large bathroom with shower and bath. Bed linen and towels are provided. Toilet upstairs. Other toilets are available in the DRC.
On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you, as well as a lounge with a TV with satellite (we advise you to keep off to better enjoy the outdoors!)The wifi is free.
We provide you with board games for all ages.
A large reception room can be rented with the house if you wish. If you prefer to live up outside: do not worry: garden furniture and barbecue are there to seduce you!
Enjoy the sun, the calm, the birds singing and our flavors of the southwest ...
Our area is ideal for the family: Children can walk safely discover all sorts of animals ...
And we are happy to involve them in our art workshops.

St Astier Holiday

Our stay was very enjoyable. The gite was comfortable and there were sufficient cooking utensils and crockery. The beds were very comfortable. The manual was up to date and very helpful. One point - English guests with dogs need to see a vet before they go home. The one in Penuilh is excellent!

annonce non conforme à la réalité

Propriétaire absent à notre arrivée : aucun accueil. Nous découvrons que les chambres sont à l'étage... Ce qui n'était pas indiqué sur le descriptif. Mon fils et moi-même avons de sérieuses difficultés motrices c'est pourquoi nous ne louons JAMAIS DE GITES AVEC ETAGE. L'équipement de la cuisine est indigent et de propreté douteuse. La "piscine" n'est qu'un bac octogonal d'1,80m de côté et d'1,10m de profondeur (à partager avec une autre résidence), à nettoyer nous-mêmes et où il est impossible de nager. Il y a aussi une TV mais elle n'est raccordée à rien et ne sert qu'à regarder des DVD Encore à l'ETAGE, des toilettes et une grande salle de bain avec une douche exigüe. Je pourrais rajouter encore nombre de détails négatifs. Habitués des locations via ABRITEL, nous avons éprouvé une immense déceprion.

Belle demeure dans un havre de paix

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Brice. Calme et farniente ont été les mots d’ordre. Je vous liste rapidement les points forts : Tous le confort est présent. Les 2 terrasses sont agréables et permettent de changer de décor. La vue sur le domaine est juste magnifique. Les chambres sont immenses, les enfants ont adorés. Merci Brice et bonne continuation.

gîte spacieux au milieu des vignes

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. Le gîte est vraiment spacieux et bien équipé. Le cadre est magnifique et offre de belles promenades au milieu des vignes. Idéal pour mêler farniente et visite de sites touristiques proches. La possibilité de goûter les vins du domaine est un plus vraiment sympathique, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le vin blanc "le chemin d'or", un petit bijou pour les papilles. Cerises sur le gâteau : une piscine pour se rafraîchir et le soir venu ou le matin tôt on peut observer une faune variée autour du domaine (chevreuil, sanglier, lapin, lièvre, faisan, pic vert, pic épeiche....) si on sait rester discret; bien sûr.

Perfect spot for a break!

The location of the property is ideal - close to villages, but good for evening walks. Accommodation is excellent - exactly as described. Sophie and Brice are wonderful hosts.

réveillon inoubliable

Maison tres agreable. Nous étions 3 couples et 2 bébés. La grande cheminée nous a ravi pour ce réveillon 2014/2015. Nous reviendrons probablement découvrir ce paysage en été, Sophie et Brice étant des hôtes passionnés par leur métier et de tres bons conseils .

Calme et partage

Notre séjour en arrière saison fut tres agreable, la maison est tres jolie, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et tres calme. L'accueil des vignerons nous a beaucoup appris sur le métier et nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir participer aux vendanges. On s'est senti en famille. De bien belles bastides à visiter aux alentours et notre ventre fut ravi aussi ! Bref, nous recommandons grandement ce lieu, tant pour son cadre que pour ses propriétaires !

Avons passé un très agréable séjour. Accueil charmant. Location très bien décorée avec jolie vue sur les vignes. Passez le bonjour à Rosalie et Arielle, les deux charmantes poules. séjour trés positif

Les évènements les plus marquants de notre séjour furent la découverte du gîte (magnifique !), la météo et l"initiation à la dégustation du vin (animations adultes/ enfants), la passion des propriétaires vignerons est communicative. Les points trés positifs sont: les pièces sont spacieuses, l'environnement trés calme et un trés bon équipement extérieur (mobilier). Nous conseillons !!!
