Quiet beaches and Great Family Fun

If you love a quiet stay away from a ton of people this house is great for you. If you are someone who needs to make 4 trips to the stores each day then go out to eat, this may not be a good fit. The house was clean although a little dated, and in need of very minor repairs like a non-functioning icemaker in the fridge. Overall we enjoyed a fantastic few days away and loved the location and ease of beach access.

Clean but has needs

The house was very clean. The bathrooms have been updated. The tile floor in the main living areas was nice, however the carpet in the bedrooms was hiding sand spurs. There is also essentially no closet in the master bedroom since it is locked and not usable to guests. There are no usable/accessible electrical outlets in the master. The a/c struggles to keep the house cool, especially in the evenings. The kitchen should be completely replaced. It is worn out and a blemish on an otherwise nice looking house.The ice maker doesn't work in the refrigerator. The washer and dryer are in two different locations in the house.

Older house. Good location to beach.

Property is conveniently located to the beach. You have to walk down the road to one of the public beach access areas. Older house. No vent in the kitchen when cooking and the stove will make the entire house hot. Air conditioner seemed to struggle to keep up in the evenings. Overall enjoyed the stay.
