Great House

This rental was everything we were looking for while visiting family in the area. It was a clean house with everything we needed, and the pool was great! It was very easy to communicate with the property manager. We would stay here again!

Convenient location, amazing house

The house was amazing. Great location to get to every where we wanted to go. Close to 19. We traveled to Honeymoon Island, Clearwater, Indian Rocks, Sponge Docks, and it was only 2 hours from Ft. Myers and Ocala. The pool was clean. House was spotless, nice hot water in the shower! Super comfortable beds too. We would definitely stay again.

Poor communication

I reserved this property for a destination wedding. We checked into the house as soon as we were able. Unfortunately, the key pad was broken and we had no way to gain entry. We called the host repeatedly and then VRBO. VRBO told us to go have dinner and they would pick up the cost which wasn't helpful considering we had wedding obligations. The owner finally returned VRBO's call and told us the key was under the mat. The problem here is if they knew we were arriving and they knew the key pad was broken WHY didn't they call us to let us know?

Quick get-away

The home is super clean! Amazing pool and comfortable beds. Close to everything without the noise. The manger was great with letting us know what to expect when we arrived. The pool was fantastic and the kids enjoyed it. We were able to use the coolers and umbrella for the beach. Everything you need plus more. Thank you so much for having us! We will be back again and have recommend this location to friends.

We stayed for four nights at Thanksgiving. Had a couple of local relatives over. Cooked everything at the house, very well equipped kitchen. Throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

Perfect for a getaway

We absolutely loved this location and home! We enjoyed the privacy, the pool, screened in porch and honestly just the home itself. You are not far from great beaches and restaurants which is always a plus! We will be back again and recommend to family and friends!

Super clean and well organized. Very nicely arranged and appointed backyard.

This is absolutely the cleanest home we’ve stayed in. Even often missed details like oven(looked brand new inside), toaster, etc. Everything is labeled so you can find everything easily. All you need is there without bing cluttered. Nicely furnished and laid out. Especially the enclosed backyard and covered porch. Great instructions for checkout, etc.

Very comfortable house

Came to Palm Harbor to visit with our grandson who stayed with us. The house was very clean and comfortable. We felt very much at home. Very conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, and entertainment. Cathy, the property manager, had everything ready when we arrived and it was so easy getting settled in. Would definitely book this property again.

Thoughtful Home and Great Location

Hands down, one of the best vacation rentals we’ve booked. This house is in an old quiet neighborhood and is the perfect location for visiting Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, and Tarpon Springs. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in was easy and the house was extremely clean. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
