This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lakeside condo is located in a unique waterfront community with a pool/spa & beautiful canal views. Enjoy sitting out on your private balcony overlooking the canal. The vaulted ceilings gives it an open, airy & spacious feeling. The master suite is quite spacious with work space should one need to use it as such & there is a private balcony off the master for enjoying morning coffee or an evening sunset. The condo is 975 square ft. The pool is located along the canal. This is a 2nd floor unit with 8 steps a landing and another 7 steps. The laundry center is located by the pool with coin operated washing machine and dryers. There's plenty of dock to fish off and a Freedom Boat Club site right next door.

Why they chose this property
We chose this area because it’s on a beautiful and large lake plus the community has boat slips available. It’s quiet and peaceful and the pool overlooks the water.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from 2 different balcony’s. Plus it’s light and bright with vaulted ceilings. It feels much larger than it is. The master bedroom is really large with its own private balcony.
