Key West-inspired, newly furnished house on Lake Tarpon. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 porches, and a ping pong table on a corner lot with over 190 feet of water property. One of the best properties on the lake!
Guest access: Electronic keyless entry. You'll be given your own code about a week prior to check-in.
House: 1611 sq ft completely remodeled, ranch-style house. No stairs. Stainless steel appliances, fully loaded kitchen, Keurig & regular coffee makers with coffee/creamers/sugar provided, high speed internet, smart tv with cable and all of the channels, easy Nest thermometer, and power reclining couches with USB ports.
Interaction with guests: We leave you alone to enjoy your vacation but we're available by text or phone call anytime of day.

Owing a home in Florida has been Julie's #1 bucket list item since she was little and we finally made it come true in 2018. Our goal is to eventually become Snowbirds (we live in Minnesota) but until then we get down there as much as we can and we love sharing it with fabulous people like you!
