This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, two-story condo is in a prime location for your Mammoth Lakes getaway. Across the street from the Village located at the Mammoth Estates community, this home has vaulted ceilings, has been fully remodeled and upgraded, with flooring throughout and an Electric Fireplace. The upgraded fully equipped kitchen is stocked so you can prepare home cooked meals, with stainless steel appliances and stone counters. The living room offers a large flatscreen TV, and a dining space for 6. There is a full bathroom upstairs with walk-in shower as well as a private washer/dryer so you can have all the conveniences of home. The two downstairs bedrooms are separated for privacy. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV and attached jack and jill bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed with a Twin on top and Queen on the bottom, and an additional set of Twin / Twin bunk beds.  This home has been completely renovated, and offers ceiling fans both upstairs and down. The unit overlooks the swimming pool area so is close proximity to all the community amenities. A block away from the main entrance to the community, this perfect family vacation condo is just a short walk down to the Village at Mammoth with shops, dining, gondola access and more. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Property was amazing! The kitchen was pretty stocked up compared to other properties I have stayed in Mammoth. I really appreciated a clean house (a bit of a germaphobe) but the floor did need actual mopping. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Best property I have stayed in without a doubt.

Mammoth Ski Weekend

Awesome spot that was the perfect place to be for a ski weekend. Walking distance to the village for dinners. Easy drive up to the hill. Great kitchen to be able to do breakfast every morning. Parking was limited and check-in was slightly challenging arriving at night and having to find the office to get the keys. Regardless, highly recommend the property.

Wonderful gathering with family

Excellent location, we did a lot of cooking so happy there was plenty of cookware. We had a minor electrical issue, and a very nice and efficient repairman came out quickly on Christmas Eve to fix it!! Very impressed with him!! Comfortable condo, excellent amenities and walking distance to the village! Would highly recommend this unit!!

It had everything that our family needed, was very close to the Village gondola and the beds were all comfortable. All the furniture was really nice, but the dirty, stained carpet throughout the place will prevent us from returning.

That's why I used to stay there. There is no access to towels for the hot tub or anything else you may need. It makes checking in much more difficult too. And the hot tub was absolutely disgusting! Fix this place! Update the hot tub, and make the pool a heated all season pool.

The unit is outdated and needs to have the stained carpet replaced. The master bedroom does not have its own bathroom. Bathroom Jack and Jills into the entryway. Not enough storage space in closets because they were full of miscellaneous items. Wall heater in master bedroom was loud. Kitchen was nice and stocked with necessary kitchen items.
