Tallawanta is a stunning custom-built retreat designed for comfort
and style. Overlooking the 3rd tee of the famous Greg Norman-
designed 18-hole championship golf course, this home is the perfect
Hunter Valley getaway.

With a split-level design and contemporary interiors, the home
offers a seamless blend of luxury and relaxation. Four beautifully
styled bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms offering premium Australian-designed Leif products, this home comfortably accommodates up
to 8 guests. The gourmet kitchen, complete with a butler"s pantry
and pass-through window, provides the perfect setting for hosting a
family dinner or a relaxing sunset barbeque.

Whether you choose to lounge by the private pool and jacuzzi, sip a
glass of wine by the gas fireplace, or enjoy a movie night in the
media room, Villa Tallawanta has everything you need for a
memorable escape.

With all the delights of the Hunter"s finest cellar doors, restaurants
and concert venues - such as Bimbadgen Estate, Hope Estate,
Roche Estate, only a short drive from the house, Villa Tallawanta is
your next must-stay destination.

You needn`t travel far for an exceptional time either with privileged
access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay. Perhaps a
dip in the lap pool, a competitive game of tennis on one of two
courts or an energising session in the gymnasium. Enjoy all the
extras of the resort whilst staying in the comfort of your own private
Pokolbin accommodation in the heart of wine country.

Stunning home

Stunning property with no expense spared on quality finishes. This is the perfect luxury getaway.We had 6 adults for a weekend away to the Hunter Valley. We vineyard hopped during the day and the house was so beautiful we stayed in at night to utilise the pool/spa, cinema room as well as the indoor and outdoor areas that were perfectly appointed for a catch up over drinks.Would definitely recommend.
