Winders Estate is a newly refurbished 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom private residence with modern appliances throughout. The property’s relentless attention to detail will make your stay comfortable and keep your guests entertained all week long. The home is spacious and has a plethora of options for inside and outside activities.

The 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms are across the house from the master bedroom and also includes queen sized beds.

The 5th bedroom adjoins the games room, and has an inbuilt workspace.

The bedrooms and home will easily accommodate 10 people. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room for another two guests to use for an extra charge if requested. Extra guests above 10 people will incur a fee.

The location was perfect for our extended family. There was plenty of space for all ages to either gather together or to have some time apart. Splendid serenity

The property is nestled on an amazing plot of land with so much room for activities, and with such great views, it's the perfect getaway. The interior is well furbished, the outdoor patio bbq area is clean and has everything you need, there are shops nearby and the owners were super helpful and friendly, making the experience very worthwhile. The heater and fireplaces were all in working condition, the rooms are comfortable, the living areas have good entertainment inputs, and there is a pool room with its own bedroom next to it - which my friends and family loved.

Wholesome and Exciting

Group of 10 adults, staying two nights for a surprise birthday celebration. Everyone had a strong reaction of ‘wow’ as we walked in. Immaculate, spacious, and welcoming. After only a few minutes of reviewing the well thought out signage and opening doors, the atmosphere quickly felt like home. The multiple living spaces all invite social activities and conversation, instead of TV or other distractions. Progressing to dinner was met with a meticulously organised and over resourced kitchen, banquet style dining area, and a stunning sunset view over the pool and grass. (The pool was very popular, but three paragraphs of praise is getting long!) The hosts of this stay have created a wonderful home, and sharing it was a privilege.

This is where we come to have a break from the hustle and bustle of our lives back in the city. We love the space, the seclusion and the serenity that we experience every time we stay in our home in Wine Country, Hunter Valley.

We’re so grateful that there’s so many local cafes, pubs and wineries to choose from! We absolutely love the location of our property and it’s close proximity to everything required to make an enjoyable holiday.
