This beautiful beachfront condo is "Shore To Please"! The Eden House is located on the southern portion of Fort Myers Beach. This condo is a two-bedroom two bath that will sleep up to six people.

Take the elevator to the fifth floor and the entry door will be to your right. Walk into the foyer and you will see the fully stocked and updated kitchen. Whether you will be cooking a gourmet meal or pizza takeout, you will feel right at home in your condo!

The master bedroom is accommodated with a king-sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is accommodated with a queen bed.

Enjoy the gulf views from the comfort of your living room. If you are looking to relax for the day, the condo is the perfect place to just chill out! Curl up with your favorite book and enjoy the sunset or enjoy a drink while kicking your feet up on the lanai.

I would guess roaches in the kitchen every night I came in and turned the lights on that was gross other than that great property and wrong access code

What a mess.

The lock code that was sent to me did not work. Couldn’t get into the rental. Had to call Coastal Vacation Properties several time to get a key. The fold out couch had no mattress and the frame was broke. The pool was closed due to painting of the building. We weren’t notified and filed a complaint. The lock on the door was broken, and we couldn’t lock it. It was repaired a little, but still difficult to open. They said the frame was rotten. They have promised a daily refund fee of $40, but haven’t seen it yet. The oven had a broken bottom drawer and the dishwasher was not attached to the wall. When you opened the door to it, the bottom drawer rolled onto the floor. The beach view was spectacular though. I was told the buyer bought this property sight unseen, and I guess no one inspected it before rental. Also needed new carpeting.

The instructions for entering the complex were not very clear! We were looking for a lock box but surely not on a storage shed! We were fortunate enough to run into the President of Eden House , who helped us gain access to the building and got us in when we found no key in the lock box! Then no code was given for the room to gain access to the elevator! We called the rental agent and she seemed annoyed with me and it took a while to get there! If the President had not let us in , I am not sure what we would had left of our groceries! Other renters from other agencies were given much more explicit directions on getting access to complex. He unlocked both for us. We got in and put the groceries away, to find the ice maker not working and you had given us the wrong code for the Internet so we had no tv or internet! The code is apple pie not applie pie! That service man came very quickly! The furniture in the main room was horrible! It should have been replaced long ago! If you sat down in the couch you had a terrible time getting up! The only decent place to sit was the love seat The dining room chairs were good too! The beds were very comfortable as well ! The lanai was great except the table is not even! We got stuck on the lanai the first night because we couldn’t open the door ! Luckily there was a man we had seen the first night grilling so he sent his wife to get the president to open the lanai door! We called about the ice maker and the blinds string was broken in main room! It took a second call for them to arrive! I know you have several properties to oversee but this one slipped through the cracks! The owners need to be informed of all the problems of their unit so they can correct them! As we have rented other condos we feel this unit should not been rented as it is!! The cost to rent this condo was not cheap and we feel it should have been in better repair! Whose fault were these things? Surely not ours!
