Living room air con not working it was extreamly hot and to have the air con not working was an absolute not acceptable especially with an autistic child.Both beds need to be changed and updated very uncomfortable. For the money to owner is asking you would expect the property to be at least clean and have the aircon working. Very disappointing and I will never stay here again

Unit 12 coastal shocking
Property is in the best location although balcony is filthy with and old freezer not working just left there , bbq had no gas and was very old .
Microwave not working
Dishwasher not working flooded the kitchen and shorted out the power to the unit . Outdoor setting on its last legs and cockroaches everywhere. Never again will I stay in unit number 12 absolutely disgusting left one day early .

Disgusting !
This apartment was is a filthy state when we stayed. The floors were so dirty we had to mop them upon arrival, there was mouldy carpet, broken tiles handing from the wall, PowerPoints coming away from the wall, the outdoor setting was broken no bin in the apartment and the lounge was very uncomfortable! We stayed with little babies who were crawling and it was a constant worry! The location was good, however I do not believe it was with the ongoing issues we endured!

Hello Ericka, The property was cleaned prior to your arrival. We did everything we could to make you happy, including sending people to the property to rectify anything you were not happy with. You asked us for a full refund for your stay but didn't want to leave and continue staying in the apartment. As this was denied you have left this review. Unfortunately you cannot ask for a full refund for a property and then continue to stay there. The property is well kept and previous guests have enjoyed the beautiful location and apartment.
