This property was beautiful overall and a very reasonable price. My friends and I all loved it a lot. The location and view were outstanding. The amount of space was perfect and was very roomy. There were a few areas that brought it down a bit though including: - there were no powerpoints in the bathroom; this was not practical as I had to dry my hair in another room - one of the PowerPoints in the master bedroom was extremely broken/damaged and should be fixed - the cooling with the 22 degrees minimum limit did not work well and all of us struggled with the heat particularly at night when trying to sleep

As I walked in through the door,the first thing I noticed was a note stuck to the dishwasher saying it was out of order. Why would you rent out an apartment when one of your everyday used appliance was not working especially when we had 7 people staying.Other then that the apartment was very spacious but a bit stark.Location was very good.

Great apartment. After hours check in not idea as a distance from property. Easter price hikes in general for all properties not ideal. Great apartment though. Some general maintenance required, light switches, painting and cracks in plaster. Air conditioning not great. Too hot of a night.

Great location, maintenance issues & 1 key.

We’re given 2 different pick up locations for key (via email & SMS). We were only given one key for a 3 bed apartment which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Communication was poor in relation to this isssue. Air conditioning was set at 22 degrees and ineffective due to clogged up filter and no return air. Therefore room was hot & stuffy. Mattresses didn’t have mattress protectors. A number of light switches were broken and unsafe. Other than that the room was suitable and clean. Q1 facilities also suitable but no access to gym.
