Newly Constructed Luxury Villa! As soon as you step into Kyma Luxury Villa Townhomes you will experience a brand new home with exquisite, state-of-the-art features and stunning decor throughout. Kyma Luxury Villa #1 rents any three days all season.
This magnificent town home is conveniently located at 104th Street in OC. Close to the beach and restaurants. This three bedroom, three full bath home features sleeping for your family of up to 10. The master bedroom features a king bed, bedroom 2 has a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle (double plus 2 singles), bedroom 3 features a queen bed and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. This home features a full kitchen, three full baths, washer and dryer, 2 assigned parking spots and WIFI.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

So close to perfect...

Everything is exactly as it shows online. Just need a better pot and pan situation for ppl like myself who like to cook while staging places. But definitely would gove them a 8.5, if not 9.

This townhome is incredibly humid, even with the AC on..the sheets felt wet (even though they weren't) which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress in the master bedroom was very firm and uncomfortable. The couch was stained and super filthy we avoided sitting on that couch. Location was good and appliances were nice and new, but I wouldn't stay there again simply because of the moisture problem in the house. It was nice to be so close to the beach though.

We’ve stayed at the Kyma Luxury Villas before and find them to be comfortable and really perfect for 2 grandparents (upper level queen), 2 parents (downstairs king) and 2 grandsons - 7 & 8 - (downstairs bunks). To have 4 TVs and 3 full baths is exceptional! We struggled a bit with the streaming services on the TVs. I recommend that a broom and dustpan be provided for quick daily sweep ups. It’s difficult to stay tidy with so much sand etc.

The pictures online do not match the unit. Cleanliness was a major problem and the company did try to remedy it. Still, hair piled in corners and in showers, black mold and soap scum in showers, food on mattresses and bedroom floor, dirty floors, rugs covered in hair and sand. It made for a very uncomfortable stay for our family.

Great location but lots of little issues

Pros: location was good, short walk to the beach. Overall a modern place with a good amount of space. Cons: mold in one of the bathrooms, some of the pillows had yellow/greenish spots on them, one of the light bulbs out in the bedroom, the coffee machine had dried moldy coffee grounds in it that we could not get out, spotty WiFi, no late checkout in the summer (must leave by 10AM), early checkin we had to call the day of which defeats the purpose of early checkin for those traveling from out of state, dirty spots on the sofa The property did not include anything. You must either pay for an expensive linen package or you will need to bring your own bath/beach towels, sheets, pillow cases, paper towels, toilet paper, bath mats, kitchen towels, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, beach equipment, hair dryer, laundry detergent, dishwasher/dish soap, and sponge. You may get lucky if the people staying before you, leave leftover items but otherwise the property does not provide. Overall, we would not stay here again. The inconvenience of having to bring everything to stay in a luxury villa was enough to deter us.

Loved this place for a weekend at the beach. Is in a great location and convenient to everything! Beach is a short walk across the street and the major bars are a short Uber ride. Clean space and would highly recommend

The condo was absolutely beautiful & as listed online. The only thing I would recommend would be blackout curtains or blinds. The lights on the patios and across the street were very bright into the bedrooms. Otherwise absolutely perfect!

Beautiful Property Minutes From the Beach

Kyma Villa One was extremely clean, exactly as pictured, and a 2 minute walk to the beach! Great sound barriers—We had neighbors in the villas next to us, and never heard a peep! Lots of space and storage available. Would 100% recommend!

Gorgeous Villa!

Very clean, very modern & each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was super convenient. It did not have a pool but we enjoyed the beach most days.

Beautiful condo.

Pleasure to deal with. Very smooth right from the start. Condo was very nice, as pictured. The unit wasn’t very clean, very dusty & vents full of dirt. There weren’t any brooms or mops/vacuums to clean. Will definitely rent from them again and will recommend to anyone that asks.
