Beautiful farm in Itu next to Tomorrowland

Located in Itu, 800m from km 75 of the Castelo Branco Highway, the Chácara Paraíso is not only very well located, but also very close to Parque Maeda where Tomorrowland takes place (approximately 4km away). The daily cleaning and maintenance is therefore very clean and comfortable. Ideal place for family and friends gatherings! The Pirapitingui area of Itu is less than 2km from the Chácara's door, where you can find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, butchers, 24-hour banks, pizzerias, esfihas shops, ice cream parlours, stores, etc. For your reference, we are located 4km from Maeda Park and Fishing Resort, 12km from the Historic Centre of Itu, 1km from the German restaurant Von Strudel, and 500m from the Itu Equestrian Centre. Right at the entrance of our property there is a security guard post, the Quinta das Laranjeiras Residential gate, which starts right in front of our property, providing great security for our guests (security at the gate). The panoramic view is very privileged, from the pool area, from the balcony of the house's bedrooms, and the sunset is priceless (see photos in the ad).
