Located beside the heart of Apex Mountain Resort for an easy flat walk to the skating loop and village. This home offers all the comforts and more. Large chef kitchen, gas fireplace and hot tub. Open concept main floor is the perfect atmosphere for entertaining. Three bedrooms each with their own private ensuite bathroom. Included is a separate one bedroom suite on the main floor. Lots of parking in the large flat driveway. A perfect place to gather, enjoy family/friends and create fun outdoor adventures!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Turn fireplace and lights off and lock doors when leaving house.
Unlock all Four fasteners on hot tub lid when in use. Lock fasteners on hot tub when not in use to prevent it blowing open. Use plastic cups!!
Do not reprogram floor heating or reset router. Call host if there are issues.

Great place! Has everything you need

We had a group of 3 families stay here over the family day weekend, and it had everything we needed! The hot tub was awesome. Karen responded to our questions very quickly. Highly recommend this place for a large group!

This well stocked home has plenty of room for 10 people to be comfortable, including five bathrooms. Very rare at Apex! This is one of the few places at Apex that has ample parking. The host was responsive to all our inquiries. Definitely a place we'd love to return to.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

We had an amazing stay over New Years. The house provided plenty of space for 3 families with kids. Kitchen was well stocked, hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed and location was excellent. Karen was super quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back again!

Apex training trip

This home has been our home base for apex for about 8 years now. Each and every year we keep coming back because of its centralized location and beauty of the home itself, the views aren’t half bad either. Karen is quick to respond to any and all requests and has always made our stay feel special. We hope to return for years to come.
