This property is located perfectly for walking to everything downtown. Short drive to Biltmore and outlets. There was noise from the street but that was to be expected staying downtown. Accommodations were very clean and check in was easy. I would definitely stay here again.
Great stay and great property! Easy access to unit and walkable access to lots of options for breakfast/lunch/dinner, the co-op for groceries, art and shops. The one bedroom room door near the laundry squeaks (may need some WD-40) but only a very minor thing we noticed and it was not bothersome at all during our stay! Would definitely stay again.

Bottom floor, thin walls and windows, hear everything. Place was very clean and well appointed. Bedframe was a bit loose and mattress was not great at all. Location overall was nice, would stay again.
Great 2 BR with separate bath for each bedroom. Spacious living area. Every time we mapped a destination/venue it was so close! Many restaurants and more in walking distance. Bluetooth access app and parking arrangement worked well.
Great place to stay just 2 blocks from the main downtown area. This property is clean and modern. Easy parking in the lot provided on site. Very clean and spacious inside with open floor plan and great kitchen. With had trouble deciding if one of the bedrooms was actually the master because both had on suite bathrooms and walk in closets. Will likely be our choice on future visits to Asheville. Short walk to everything but on a quiet street.

We have stayed in this building before, but not in this unit. Its location and parking can’t be beat. Next to good coffee shop with fresh bagels and also next to Foundry Hotel for drinks. Unit was clean and as advertised. Will return.
This home was great. Very clean, had every thing we needed. The two bedrooms were very nice with big attached bathrooms. Location was great for walking to downtown. The only things that could be improved is the toaster only toasted 1 side of the bread, needs to be replaced, washing machine is very loud so can’t do laundry at night or early morning, and couldn’t find a clothes iron. But none of hindered our stay much and we’d definitely stay there again.

Loved the walkable location and style/layout of the condo. Very safe and comfortable. Wonderful kitchen with open floor plan. Nice bathrooms. I recommend Chestnut’s for dinner — a 3-minute walk. Parking limited to one car is disappointing but worked out fine. Highly recommend and will be back.

My husband, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and I spent four nights in this lovely apartment everything about it was perfect. Spacious, clean, well equipped and in a great location. I’ve done many short-term rentals and this was the best!
Good location with many restaurants and shops in walking distance.
Spacious, clean and comfortable. Building is smoke free but first night a strong odor of marijuana was overwhelming in the rental apartment. Property manager was contacted and took action. The problem was addressed and we had no further issues the next two nights.
My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights. This place had everything we needed ! We both had to work as well and we had plenty of space to both have work space. It was an easy, safe walk to restaurants, bars / breweries, coffee and shopping.
The parking lot was great to have. And easy entry from car to the apartment.
Just be sure to download the app and really read the instructions for check in. We had an issue but the property manager corrected right away and we got in with no issues !
We would definitely stay again !
Spent our time at this convenient unit to celebrate a 40th birthday. Walkable to all of Asheville downtown destinations, parking was easy. Unit was large enough so both couples had our own space but could hang out together. Ground level but never felt like a fishbowl bc it’s not on the main “drag”. Highly suggest cocktails next door at the Foundry to end the night. Only complaint was the dumpster being emptied at 6:30 am after a long day of drinking…but that’s living in a downtown area.
Had the pleasure of staying here over the last couple of nights. The location is perfect with a coffee shop just a few steps away, a short walk up to Wicked Weed, and in close proximity to the wonderful restaurants, museums, and other downtown Asheville attractions. The condo was very clean and well stocked. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the living room seating. The couch is great, but the living room chairs were very uncomfortable for evening movie watching. Outside of that, we were very happy we choose this location.
Had a great weekend. Was very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for a stay in Asheville. Loved the location to all of Asheville. Would definitely recommend . Would also stay here again.
