A large superior 5 bedroom pool home with hot tub, games room and interior upgrades throughout. Located in the peaceful gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, this home has everything you need for the perfect vacation.

The grand double height living area is located at the rear of the home with expansive sliding glass doors to the pool area. There are comfortable sofas and a HD smart TV for relaxing in the evening. New plank flooring has been installed.

The kitchen with breakfast bar and high-end appliances has everything you may need to cater for your family, including plenty of pots and pans plus small appliances such as coffee maker, blender, etc. Enjoy a meal together at the 8-seater dining table or outdoors under the covered shady area.

The home boasts a larger than average pool area with a crystal clear free-form pool plus bubbling hot tub. There is plenty of seating, an outdoor fan, plus TV to ensure a full day can be spent enjoying the Florida sunshine. Please inquire if pool/hot tub heat or BBQ are desired.

The master suite is located downstairs, also with access to the pool deck. It has a kingsize bed and sofa to relax with some privacy. The ensuite has double sinks a walk-in shower and bathtub, as well as large closet.

Upstairs, there is a second living area with TV. There is a second master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom – again with walk-in shower and bathtub. There are two twin bedrooms perfect for the children, which share a bathroom. A further queen bedroom is located upstairs with a connected bathroom.

The family will be entertained for hours in the games room. There is a pool table, air hockey, foosball and skee-ball game.

The gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is located just off Hwy 27. You are conveniently situated close to a large WalMart Supercenter and the Posner Park shopping area. The home is 25 minutes drive to Disney, 40 minutes to Universal and 15 minutes to Legoland. There is a wide selection of restaurants and takeaways close by, as well as the Southern Dunes golf course 2 minutes away. Calabay Parc is built alongside a large lake, and offers boat ramp access plus a fishing pier out over the water – a great spot to watch the sunset after a fun-filled day.

Amazing property

The house was better than we expected from the reservation details. We’ve stayed in several Vrbo rentals before, this one was the best by far! We had a couple of questions regarding the television remotes and the owner of the property was accommodating and prompt. We cannot say enough good things about our stay.

Extra Supplies would be nice

I think self-service or whatever the terminology is may not be the best idea - I think garbage bags and extra toilet tissue - even one extra roll would be good!! The house is beautiful and all the baths and bedrooms made this the perfect house for our family. Location was perfect for sight seeing and attending a family wedding in Plant City!

The property and house were very nice and well kept. The living room TV was amazing, like being in a movie theatre. There was a lot of space and enough room for each guest to have their privacy when needed. The property manager was very nice before and during the stay answering all my questions as needed. Overall everyone enjoyed our stay.

lovely villa

The villa is a lovely house with lots of space. The owners and management are very helpful and friendly. The villa is well equipped and was very clean on arrival, however, I feel that some updating would be beneficial. We had a lovely holiday, thank you.
