I am sorry that you were unhappy with the state of the outside however the photos are very clear that the outside has not yet been renovated. It was not misrepresented and the inside has all been newly renovated including a completely new bathroom. We were very disappointed to find that your dog had dug holes throughout the back yard. You assured us it was a well behaved dog. As for the moldy shower it wasn't even like that when we cleaned it after you today.

Do not GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A DOG

The unit it self was okay, however about being pet friendly is very debatable .We paid $50 pet fee, when the owner saw the dogs in the house she said it was clear in the rules that the dogs were not allowed in the house .We have 2 small dogs who never sleep outside The back yard was not very big and had no cover against the elements my wife spent time picking up dog poo from the yard from previous person. We informed the owner about our dogs sleeping inside she was not interested we left 30 minutes later after only staying 1 night .We were lucky to find accommodation in school holidays at a apartments where dogs are welcome inside and if needed we would return there.I realise owners have the right to make the house rules however when they say clearly they are pet friendly to the extent of have toys for your fur babies and then when you turn up and they say they have to stay outside in the possible rain and cold how pet friendly is that . As a booking site can you please clarify what Pet friendly means because of this experience it is unlikely we will use your site to book in the future

Peter, our house rules clearly state that we are pet friendly but only if they are kept outside. When you book you agree to the house rules. I am sorry that you didn't choose to read them before agreeing to them but can hardly be held accountable for that. We love our pets too and that is part of why we have the big umbrella in the back yard to provide them protection if it does rain and it is spring in North Queensland and the weather is and was quite mild. I am sorry that you didn't have the experience that you hoped for but I would recommend in future reading the house rules that you are agreeing to before booking.

Perfect for business and pleasure

We stayed here 2 weeks until settlement on our house. We needed a good size and to be able to work. The house was just perfect for this! Modern facilities, clean and we could have our puppy. We had to erect a marquee for some protection for our pooch from the weather conditions. Quiet neighbourhood! Great central location.
