Too much time IT troubleshooting/dealing with the wireless and cable TV

With a few upgrades, the place would shine as it should. The laundry/utility/IT room was a wreck complete with animal feces. The kitchen pots/pans were old and worn out.

Don't rent this place

We rented a house from Stan White Reality, for a week,in Duck NC. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was a strong musty odor, we then found a piece of dog poop on the carpet, and the house was supposedly pet free. There were cobwebs on the light shades, and the hanging light, over the dining table. The whole house need a really good clean, which it was supposed to have been done. Plus to top it all off the beds were old and very uncomfortable, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Also in my daughter and son in laws, bedroom there were bugs all over the sliding glass door. The last thing we found was a hole in the floor right in front of the main door. We complained to Stan White Reality, a few times, and we were told that the cleaning company would get in touch with us. They never did. We stayed because we didn't want to loose our money. The only good thing I can say was that the location to the brach,was great. We will never rent from Stan White Reality again.
