About this property

Where the farmland meets the sea.

From the moment you open the farm gates at the front, you will feel like you are on a country retreat. Enjoy a coffee in the morning on the front deck, and a glass of bubbly in the afternoon on the back deck. If you listen carefully you can hear the cows and kookaburras nearby. The back deck overlooks a park, so kick back as you watch the little ones plan on the playground and dogs running around.

The property is fully enclosed, pet friendly to small dogs only, no puppies (by application – conditions apply), and the carport is large enough to park your jetski or boat. Free wifi is available, and there is a coffee machine for your use, which just needs nespresso compatible pods. A bbq is set up on the front deck for your enjoyment. Please clean after use.

On the ground floor is a bathroom with a spa bath, a laundry and washing machine and two bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a sitting room. Upstairs is a 2nd bathroom, two more bedrooms (one comprising 2 single beds, the other a double and single bed), the kitchen and living room area. There is heating and cooling in the form of a split system on both levels, as well as an open fire upstairs for those cold winter nights. Firewood is not supplied but can be purchased from the service station in Cowes, or the local hardware store.
