The perfect getaway on the Bellarine Peninsula is ready to make you feel at home.
Located in a quiet residential area, only at two minutes walk from the water, the Seascape is the ideal place where you can relax, recharge your batteries and be ready for more exploring adventures in this lovely corner of the world.

15 minutes drive from Ocean Grove, 15 minutes from Portarlington and only 5 minutes from the best wineries and distilleries of the region.

Your studio is completely independent from the main house where my husband and I live, has Wi-Fi and parking, a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. You can enjoy outside dining, sipping a glass of wine surrounded by tropical plants.

Lovely clean and cute place to stay

They room was so comfortable the host put bacon eggs and muffins in the fridge for us which we thought was a great touch And they were responsive to all our needs but also respected our privacy completely would 100% stay there again

Wonderful decor, TV and coffee the main problem

A beautifully furnished and cosy place. Enjoyable to stay in. Clifton springs golf course handy and not long to drive to Portarlington and St Leonards. I was disappointed that the lack of a TV antenna stopped me watching normal TV programs and feel this should be fixed. The coffee machine has no long black pods and there was no instant coffee alternative. Really nice bacon, eggs and muffins for breakfast but the quantity was insufficient for my 3 night stay.
