Stay at our studio apartment “The Nook” perfect for the Q Train or a Wedding
The “Nook” Studio Apartment Clifton Springs.
Enjoy yourself with style in this standout space. A newly renovated studio featuring a comfortable Queen size bed, ensuite & kitchenette.
Ideal accommodation for single or a couple, over the age of 21 years. The Nook is located in quiet family friendly court.
The Nook is on the ground level of our large family home, the Studio Apartment offers a private self contained guest space with your own private entrance. So you can come and go as you please.
THE SPACE
The main open plan room measures approx 7m x 4m.
Comfortable queen size bed with fresh linen provided.
A Kitchenette with a full size fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, toastie maker, glasses, wine/champagne glasses, crockery and cutlery.
It also includes a soft and comfortable three seater leather couch and a dining table or a workspace are both provided.
A large 70 inch tv screen with Netflix and all channels.
Storage shelving & hanging space for your luggage/ personal items.
Reverse cycle heating and cooling.
The ensuite has a walk in shower, toilet, wash basin & shelving, fresh towels and hairdryer, iron and ironing board are all supplied. The space has black out blinds.
We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood so we try and respect our neighbours, by keeping noise to a minimum. You may use our driveway to park your car.
The upper level of the house is our permanent residence. We make every attempt to minimise noise, however from time to time you may hear general living sounds from above as we go about our daily lives. The Nook has its own dedicated entrance which is to the left of the house entrance and separate from the main house. There is no access between the main house & the Airbnb.
For your convenience, there is a combination lock box , where you can locate the keys for easy check
in.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We own 3 whippets, who live in the family home, they will not disturb your stay, as you have your own private courtyard, separated from the main yard. They may greet you with a friendly bark when you enter/exit the property. Unfortunately this property is not appropriate for people with mobility issues, such as a walker or a mobility scooter due to three outdoor steps, and a steep white gravel pathway.
