Modern and spacious 5 bedroom home in the quiet, safe neighbourhood of Cornwall, just minutes from Charlottetown and shopping areas and a short drive to the main tourist sights and beaches.
Main level has the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom, locker area and 2 bathrooms. The walkout basement has 4 bedrooms, a full bathroom with 2 sinks, laundry room and rec room. The property has a large backyard with a beautiful waterview off the back deck and bbque.
Since we have 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10) 2 families staying together are welcome.

A beautiful Cornwall Home

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Cornwall. This is our first time on this part of the island and we throughly enjoyed every minute of it. The house is exactly as pictured and was so cozy for our stay. Thanks again!

Great Property

Spacious, comfortable property with attentive host. Plenty of room for our party of seven. Convenient location to Charlottetown and island offerings. Property is clean, yet showing some signs of age and use (the only reason I don’t give a perfect five-star rating for everything). Would I stay again? Absolutely. Great property!

Overall, our stay was great. It’s our second stay, and we’ll happily look forward to staying at the house again. It’s a comfortable home, and convenient to locales on the island. Some renovations completed over last year made the stay even more comfortable. The only real feedback we have is that the washing machine and kitchen oven may be getting tired with age and use. A quick connect with Trevor got us to a manageable level with the washing machine. All in all, we continue to be very pleased.

PEI Perfect
