Close to many pools, golf courses and in between Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumter Landing Square. Flat screen in the living area. Laminate and tile through out the whole house. Large sofa, recliner and 2 chairs. Guest room has a queen size bed and flat screen tv. Master bed room is a king size bed with flat screen. Nice outside screened in lanai on the back of the house. Comfortable seating. Kitchen overlooks the dining room and living room area.

We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival.
