Darling two bedroom Courtyard Villa with a nice golf cart to get you to the Squares! Close to many pools, golf courses and in between Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumter Landing Square. Flat screen in the living area. Laminate and tile through out the whole house. Large sofa, recliner and 2 chairs. Guest room has a queen size bed and flat screen tv. Master bed room is a king size bed with flat screen. Nice outside screened in lanai on the back of the house. Comfortable seating. Kitchen overlooks the dining room and living room area.

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

We enjoyed the very nice property, especially the well furnished lanai and beautiful golf cart.

It was a comfortable home away from home. The location was tremendous. Everything we enjoy was nearby. Highly recommend this home.

Duerksen Villages Rental

Enjoyed the house, liked the location. Only complaint is that the floors were very dirty. Going barefoot inside resulted in the bottoms of our feet becoming black with dirt. Had to hire a cleaning service which confirmed how dirty the floors were.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was comfortable. Every thing was as advertised. Disappointed we couldn't rent next year. Neighbors were the best part of our stay,made us feel welcome and in included us in their activities. 👍👍👍😎
