"ATAMI Ocean・Retreat" is located in quiet holiday villa area which is about 10 minutes away from Atami.
This area is known for high-standard villas and hotels so I am sure you will be able to have a relaxed stay.

The concept for this accommodation is "Hidden Land".
You will be able to have great ocean view and natural hot springs all on your hand and no need for you to share it anyone else!

There are a LCD TV and "Eco-Smart Fire" (bio-ethanol fire pit/winter only) in the living room to make the space comfortable.
You will be just sitting on a sofa with a great ocean view in front of you...

The full-equipped kitchen will make your stay more "at-home-like".
There are already what you need so enjoy your cooking to taste a beautiful local foodies such as seafood.

There are 2 bedrooms - one with a massive queen-sized bed and tatami room with futon mattresses on.
Either room has a great view of the ocean so please enjoy your stay like lying in the full of nature.

Also you will be able to see Atami Fireworks Festival in far distance from the balcony if you pick the right date.
Generally, there are lots of people watching from Atami Beach and it is so hard to take the best spot.
But in here, you have a seat where no one can bothers you and enjoy the traditional festival with foodies and drinks!

Additionally, please message me beforehand if you would like to rent you either BBQ grill or bio-ethanol fire pit (winter only) in the living room as it would cost extra and has some rules to stick with.

・Currently, we are waiting for the installation of home WiFi.
I will be preparing a pocket WiFi for you until it gets ready however, if you would need a smooth connection, I will suggest you to bring your own (just in case)!

・Pocket WiFi (Only 60GB is available each month.)
The pocket WiFi provided is only available 60GB per month.
After using 60GB, the speed gets slow so please consider the fact that other guests will also use it.
Please kindly understand that if your usage is too much, I might charge you an extra fee for it.

・Please use a designated BBQ equipment.
As a few guests don't pack up BBQ within the time I ask them to (until 7PM), I only allow BBQ for those guests who stay more than 1 night.
If you would like to use it, please message me beforehand as it costs extra.

・I have a bio-ethanol fire pit in the living room (in winter only).
If you would like to use it, you will need to message me beforehand as it costs extra. Please make sure to check up on me about the actual costs and rules etc.

・You can bring ONE dog (only small sized) for free. Please message me beforehand if you would like to take your doggie with you.
And if you would like to take more than that, one with bigger size or other pet, please ask me before you make the reservation :-)

・you CANNOT smoke inside the house.
Smoking is not allowed on this property except for outside balcony and please be careful with the use of fire.

・Please separate the trash.
If you left way more than the normal use and big-sized trash (such as suitcases), please understand that I might be able to asking you to pay the extra fee.

・This accommodation is built in the hilly part of the mountain. Please be careful around the area as some parts can be quite steep.

I can schedule a cleaning, changing linens and adding amenities during your stay so please feel free to message me if you want one.
