Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no money back.

Bear Mountain Summit Lodge is the perfect getaway for anyone. A-frame nestled in the oaks and pines! Located in the year round desired Moonridge location. Walking distance to Bear Mountain, National Forest, hiking, biking, and golf course and just a short drive to the lake, shops and restaurants. Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this gorgeous two-story home with heating!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 900+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Upstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Keep yourself warm by cozy gas log fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Back deck with NEW hot tub, gas barbecue, and beautiful mountain views.

Smaller than expected.

Cute tiny A frame. It was small even for 2 people and 2 dogs. My only complaint is the outdoor camera in the back faces directly at the jacuzzi. I understand the need for security but It felt very creepy

Mala descripción en Expedia, se aceptan animales pero con un costo (en Expedia no se especifica), te remiten a Vrbo, y Vrbo dice que si viene en su descripción (aunque yo haya reservado por Expedia y no venga en su información). Si yo le compro a Nike tennis, espero que Nikese haga responsable, no Adidas.
