Overall, this was a nice place. I liked the fact that you couldn't enter the building from the garage without a security code. One thing I didn't like was the fact that there was no washer and dryer in the unit, although they did have laundry rooms with coin operated washers and dryers on the premises. This is the first time in 40 years of coming to North Myrtle that there weren't laundry facilities inside the unit. I should have read the description of the unit more carefully when it stated washer/dryer on premise.. Overall, the unit was nice, had everything we needed as far as cooking utensils, etc.

Horribly dirty stuck in the 80's condo

The photos on the website were very deceiving, the listing says newly or recently renovated. Very false advertising!!! This unit has not been renovated other than new countertops in the kitchen and master bathroom. Everything else was substandard. The furniture is from the 80s and was coated in nicotine. The unit was absolutely filthy!!!!! The floors needed to be washed and should be replaced (peel and stick fake wood flooring, our feet were black, the dining room chairs are filthy, the living room chairs are disgusting the arms are black from filth! The dishes were dirty, the counters were sticky and coated I had to clean all of this myself. The dishwasher was broken, the headboard was not attached to the bed, which were fixed, thankfully we were in the unit when they came and were able to let them in. The drains are slow running. The building was undergoing repairs, we were not apprised of this when we booked the room. The workmen made a huge dusty mess which migrated into the living and master bedroom because the sliding doors are original and the seals are shot and they won't lock. The living room balcony view was obstructed with scaffolding lines. We couldn't sit on the balcony for two days because of the repairs. They dusted up all of the outdoor furniture which we had to clean. We had to pay a cleaning fee......for what? We left that place cleaner than we found it.
