With polished floorboards in the living areas, the unit has a large galley kitchen and open plan dining/living space. It’s close to Goulburn’s Town Centre and walking distance to supermarkets, shops, cafes, Goulburn train station and Goulburn Courts.
The space
A sizable front deck leads you into this newly renovated and re-styled unit, with polished floorboards throughout and lovely authentic period features harking back to its original Edwardian architecture, together with modern touches for comfort and convenience.
