Come and enjoy this tastefully renovated 4 bedroom home which can accommodate up to 8 people. Situated in a central but quiet street.
Enjoy the space in this self contained accommodation with open plan living area and a second sitting room to enjoy the sun, read a book or watch television.
There are 3 queen bedrooms, master with ensuite and one bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 long singles on request. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The secure yard has plenty of room for the kids to run around. Fantastic undercover area with BBQ and outdoor dining.
Please note air conditioning in 4th bedroom only

Fantastic home for family gathering

This house was perfect for our Mother’s Day weekend - with plenty of room for 2 couples and one family. It has been beautifully renovated and was clean, inviting and cosy. Communication with host Tracy was good and check in was easy.

Plenty of space.

We choose to re-visit this property as it offers plenty of space for adults to have seperate areas, bedrooms and televisions. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and we were able to cook for our family.

Lovingly renovated cottage close to town

Quiet neighbourhood close to town. Lovingly renovated cottage with 4 good sized comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Comfortable living spaces and nice kitchen. Big backyard. Would happily stay again.

Lovely weekend

Clean, comfortable and warm

Lovely home, would 100% recommend. It's clean and well appointed, everything is very new. I think the photos don't do it justice, it looks better in real life. For two families it might feel a little cramped as there is only one living/kitchen room, plenty of bed rooms but only one living space. For us it was perfect.

Family reunion and birthday celebrations

The house was warm when we arrive on a cold day. Family members came from Sydney and the Riverina to celebrate and be together. We walked to town for dinners and there were plenty of art galleries and nearby antique and old ware shops to explore. There were cafes and parks for others. We all felt very much at home with the living areas and the 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Country Charm !!

We are a family of six & were looking for accomodation in Goulburn to attend a family xmas reunion. We found No. 12 Country Comfort & were absolutely thrilled to stay there. The house was so wonderfully appointed with lovely furnishings, beautiful linen & very tasteful décor. All the essentials were provided for & the kitchen a dream to cook in. There was more than enough room for all of us & we all loved the large outdoor area. Tracy was so thoughtful & went to such effort to make our stay such a lovely one. Thank you Tracy !!

Tracy’s at Goulburn

We enjoyed a warm and comfortable stay at Tracy’s. Our group consisted of 3 couples from our extended family. House is situated in a quiet residential area a short drive from CBD. Beds were comfortable and central heating provided great warmth for what was a wet weekend. Dining table only had 4 chairs and could have been a problem if all 8 members of our original group were present. Communication with Tracy was easy and she responded quickly. We recommend this house and would stay here if we visit Goulburn again. Need to bring own shampoo and soap as these were not provided.
