Great house for families or entertaining. Views of Aransas Bay and easy access to the water. Plenty of parking so bring your water toys!

Road in front of house leads directly to private beachfront with easy access to water. Shellridge Road beach access is perfect for sailboats, jetskis, wadefishing, kayaking, etc.
