Yacht Club Villas #1-701 is a large 3BR/3BA located in Building one in Barefoot Resort. The property has amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marina and the pool area. It is close to Barefoot Landing which has lots of shops, restaurants and attractions.
This property has a large kitchen area that overlooks the dining room and living room which opens up to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms so everyone has their own space. There are 2 queen beds in the primary bedroom, 1 king bed in the second bedroom and 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom. All of the bedrooms and the living room has Flat Screen TVs and DVD players. The living room is very comfortable with plenty of seating and it has a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure.

You will love the views from the balconies and can even watch the fireworks in the summer at Barefoot Landing from there. The pool area is walking distance away which is the largest pool in SC! Check out The House of Blues, Alligator Adventure or Duplin Winery during your stay. Or check out a show at the Alabama Theater. There is so much to do you will want to come back year after year.

This property has a 4 night minimum stay in the summer. This property is non-smoking, no pets, no motorcycles or golf carts allowed.

I would recommend this company. Rooms were clean and Management was nice and on point. The one issue we had she offered a solution to the problem almost immediately.

Very dirty and outdated

Condo was very dirty, outdated and smelled bad - furniture was old and worn out - dishwasher didn't work. Asked for a discount for the issues and was told NO. Stay away from this management group and this condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 2 units for a group of 12 people. We had to call for a different code to the entrance gate as the ones on the envelope did not work. The outside doors to one unit was full of mildew. It looked terrible. I got some alcohol wipes and wiped them down because I did not want to see that for 5 days. The hot water was not on in one unit. The family in that unit had cold water for about 4pm-12 noon the next day with no showers. We were told the unit received new washer and dryers and the installers forgot to turn on the hot water. Total inconvenience. Beds in one unit did not look made up. Looked like someone had been on the beds. We were not sure if they were clean or not.

Spacious with Bugs

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool hours were from 10-6 due to Covid and the shuttle to the beach only ran at 9:30, 10:30, 1:30, 2:30, 4:30 was the last. These hours coincided with pool hours so you have to choose either the pool or the beach. With that, the property is more geared towards retirees. On the last day (June 27) we were there, we noticed the pool was open after 6. We asked security and was told the hours had just changed and our kids were thrilled. There were roaches in the unit. I saw them and 3 others in our party. I notified the property manager and was told in a dry tone that HOA would be notified, no apologies no concerns, no remorse. The unit had 1 extra trash bag for the kitchen so I suggest you bringing your own paper products including tissue and paper towels, and trash bags etc. All bedroom pillows need to be replaced. We actually purchased new ones. There were food particles on the floor and under the couch cushions. I attempted to vacuum but it didn’t pick up well. Kinda disappointed

Spacious condo at a great location! Great for families!

This condo was perfect for my family of 7 that included my parents and 3 kids. The rooms were spacious, large bathrooms, and lots of closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was laundry. Everything was spread out so we didn’t feel on top of each other. It was also very quiet, and we never heard any other guests. Property management was very nice, and responsive to all my questions. The pool was a nice bonus for the kids. The location was great as well. Within a 10-15 minute drive you have everything you need: Walmart, gas, grocery, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream etc. We saw fireworks from our balcony on Monday night which was so fun for the kids! The condo could use some updating, and some attention to detail (cleaning wasn’t that great, found random sock and Gatorade bottle) and portions of pool were closed to chipping paint, but this didn’t impact our stay. We would absolutely stay again.

Great property

It was a good place to stay. Beautiful views from both balconies. I just wish the pool was open longer than it was and it was only 5 minutes from the beach but I wish they offered us parking instead if paying for parking once we got to the beach.
