Attention Needed

This is our second time staying at this property. The condo is in need of an update. A review in May 2023 stated shades broken, ice maker broken, carpet coming loose, inadequate kitchen supplies. All of these things are still broken or not fixed. The kitchen didn’t even have a pot holder! Outdoor furniture is stained, has mold on them. One bedroom doesn’t even have a dresser. Most rentals have gas grills- not this one. When charging a hefty amount for this property it should be in top shape. Very disappointed with our stay this year. The Quarry is beautiful, especially the renovation of the Beach Club. Condo looks out onto a small lake which we enjoyed while having our coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The Quarry renovated - now it’s time for the owner to do the same in their condo.

Condo needs updating

We were disappointed that no one told us the Quarry was completely under construction. Very noisy and ugly. Condo needs new blinds, the patio door didn’t open, carpets are all coming loose, ice maker didn’t work, not even salt and pepper in the cupboards. Air conditioner didn’t work in the bedroom at times . All in all it is time for the owner to update this unit. Location and layout were great. We’ve stayed at the Quarry before and this year was a disappointment.

Accommodating

A group of our staff stayed here while locating a place to stay long term. They were very responsive when we ran into a few issues but it was also right after the hurricane so we expected a few things to be out of order. Overall this was a great place to stay. Please note the security will NOT let you in if MikeZRentals does not put your name on the list. All members in your party must be on the list so just make sure you have all names on the reservation when you book and you can show it to the security guard if they give you any issues.

Condo at Silverstone

Had a great stay February and March 2022. Love all the amenities of the Quarry. Condo was well suited for our group. Nice neighbors who were very welcoming. Would not hesitate to book this property again.
