The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cheerfully decorated condo with easy access to the beach. Both bathrooms are roomy along with the bedrooms. The condo could use a good cleaning...we swept a lot of sand off the floor upon our arrival and the bottom of our feet were black after walking on the floors.

A Great Vacation!

It was clean, relaxing, looked just like the pictures, and had everything we needed. It also had a great view, close proximity to the beach, and easy access to shopping and restaurants. The management staff was helpful too, and things around the property were kept neat and fixed in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!

Lovely spot on the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as described. We were disappointed that the pool was under construction (perhaps also include the months that pool is available in your listing - being from another state, we did not know that the outdoor pool would not be available at the end of March). Overall, we would recommend and we had a great time!
