It was overall a wonderful experience, only issue was the pass for the pool access didn’t work, everything else worked out perfectly as advertised!! Extremely happy with everything else

Great view. Close to the beach. Very dirty with various broken and non functional items. Urine smell throughout living room. Issues addressed after various days. No access to main property amenities including pools, slides, etc. Definitely was a nice spacious condo with amazing views, but it was not well taken care of at all and after various complaints we were given a very small credit which was more of an insult than an amend.

Dirty towel left on bathroom door, shower curtain and vents had mold, microwave and refrigerator handles were broken, no remote to watch tv in master bedroom, under beds were not cleaned. We had no water for over 8 hours one day.

We also regret the inconvenience caused by the broken appliance handles, missing TV remote, and water service interruption. While some of these matters were outside our immediate control, we take full responsibility for how they impacted your stay.

I took a video of the place when we were checking in and when our stay was at the end I did all the towels and everything was clean all but the beds need clean sheets put back one them this was a very nice place to stay only thing that disappointed me was the kids pool is not something we could use as it is only for those that book through sand dunes north tower . But the ocean was the best for our family

The space is as advertised, however the place needs a thorough cleaning! The light fixture in the kitchen did not work. The mattresses need to be replaced as you can hear and feel the springs in the mattress even after flipping it over. We had to clean the mole off the shower heads and around the inside of the toilet. The microwave door needs replaced as well as the carpets at the doorway and in the living room. 95% of people who return to a previous place is cleanliness over price. The place needs some attention to detail.

Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the house. It was gross, there was sand and hair everywhere. No king sheets, and no linens to make the sofa bed. Mold in vents, curtains and shower curtain.

Needs updated and deep cleaned. Sent a review to property manager never heard back. Floor, walls, furniture were extremely dirty. Lots of space just needs someone who cares and wants to update. Per check out paper cleaners come in must not of came in before we got there sauce on floors and walls, peanuts under the couch makeup on pillow cases. Would not stay again.
