Epic 4BR Home w/new Jacuzzi, Minutes From BC/Vail Ski Resorts

Our home is very close to Beaver Creek & Vail, about 5 minutes driving from either mountain. You’ll love the place because of the space it provides and the quality of the furnishings, in addition to the beautiful views and proximity to hiking and mountain sports. The home is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and even big groups. We do not allow pets, and there is a lock-off on the property. You will not interact with the tenant except aside from sharing the garage. We offer space for 1 car in a heated, attached garage, with a second space directly behind the first vehicle, but outside. We will need to discuss any requirement for multiple cars. Further, because the driveway can get a little slick, we seriously recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle!

Beautiful home and great location

Spacious, beautiful home in a great location with easy drive access to Beaver Creek and Vail. Perfect for family or groups. Everything you need in the home. Owner was very responsive when there was a random issue with a chirping fire alarm (all fixed). We were there at the end of July and the temps reached 80+ degrees so just be aware there is no air conditioning like many Colorado homes. Opening the windows helped cool it off at night. Really loved this place!

Welcoming mountain home, perfect for a group ski weekend

Enjoy a complimentary cup of Keurig coffee from the couch as you wake up to a mountain view or stop by the local coffee spots (we tried Loaded Joe’s!) on your way to the slopes… Great proximity to Vail Village and Beaver Creek or a quick 30-40min to Breck. Unwind in the hot tub with a beverage after a day of skiing, before prepping dinner in the full stocked kitchen or heading out to dinner in a nearby town (La Nonna Ristorante in Vail was very accommodating for a large group). The home was perfect for 8 of us, as the house comfortably fits 8-11 adults (as long as 2 are okay with twin beds). Bunk room was larger than expected! Open floor plan from kitchen to living room kept the group feeling cohesive. House was well stocked with linens, blankets, and basic kitchen needs. Check in & out was very smooth. Highly recommend this residence and hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you Eva & Chris!!

Beautiful home!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners definitely thought of every detail and it shows. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well equipped. The views are stunning and the location is so close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Beaver Creek Village. It was great that there were 2 really nice master bedrooms as we had 4 adults on this trip. The kids loved having their own space on the upper level. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Especially after skiing all day. Great sledding hills are just a short walk away and it was so nice that there were sleds right there at the house. As we walked around sledding, everyone we met in the community was so friendly. The owner, Eva, was so nice and made us feel right at home here. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this home!!!

Property was perfectly located and was a very short commute to Beaver Creek and fairly short commute to Vail. Property is well stocked with every item you would need and the pantry was as well. Would highly recommend this property and be sure to bring a 4 wheel drive vehicle because the driveway is steep.

This property worked great for 2 families to stay at. Location is very close to both Beaver Creek and Vail. It had a large kitchen that was very well stocked. We had plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.
