We loved staying here. It had everything we were after. Loved the parking option. Best communication I’ve seen in regards to photos for every step-finding the key, using the garage etc. very very clean. Thank you

Great location/Chapel Street
Fantastic location and easy check-in vía a lockbox. Apartment seems very new with blue tape still in a few places indicating some minor defects. Curtain rail in main room was broken and a hook in the bathroom for hanging towel was missing. No TV remote so couldn’t use TV. We contacted agent straight away and was told that the cleaner couldn’t find it either (so they knew before we arrived?!) We we’re told someone would get back to us. We rang again the next day and again told the same thing?! We rang AGAIN the next day (3 days in a row) and guess what, same story. We went that afternoon and bought a universal remote and batteries and programmed it so we could watch TV. When we were contacted on day 4, we told them what we’d done and they said to send in the receipt for reimbursement. Sorry but this is totally unacceptable.
