There is a one-car garage with a full size washer/dryer included in the space. a/c is portable unit.

Vacationers can explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Avenue, or just enjoy the walkway around Balboa Island. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. Rent a bike, Jet Ski, stand up paddle board, or Duffy boat. Whale watching and deep-sea fishing trips are available daily.
