Reviewer Comments: The unit was nicely decorated and even had beach items we could use if we decided, such as sand toys, chairs, and towels which was very nice. The only thing that was an issue was the AC. It was set to 80 when we arrived and it took a couple minutes to figure out how to use it. It was also set on ECO mode so at night it would get changed to 84 and during the day to 75 so had to keep changing the temp throughout the days. It would be nice if they removed the ECO mode and allowed the tenants to set the temp to what they would like during their stay.

A few things bothered us like the extremely loud AC unit/vent in the master bedroom (couldn't sleep) little bugs along the slider door to the deck and think it’s time to replace the upstairs carpet. Lots of staining. Gas tank didn’t have enough fuel and ran out while cooking on the grill. 🫤

The section of the beach nearest to this rental is much less crowded than other areas which made it ideal. The unit is older, but clean.
