Owner won't help you with internet issues or package delivery

Didn't have internet last two days. Needed Account # to get Xfinity to help -- owner would NOT respond with #. ALSO, had package delivered but got put in mailbox-- house key did not work. Now, 10-days later, no response on getting package. There was package to owner delivered to door while there, we had NO CLUE about mailboxes.

So Nice! Loved this townhouse. New and clean. Great location right across from one of the outlets. They had beach chairs to use which was great because I would have had to buy some. There was a love seat pullout in the living room(probably only sleep one) and a one person chair pullout/cot in the spare bedroom. We didn’t end up needing to use the extra sleeping spaces but it was nice in case. My only criticism is not enough bath towels, we only 6! We made due but ask for more bath towels. My kids could walk to the CVS which was so convenient! Also even though there are only two parking spots there is plenty of overflow parking in the community behind the CVS. Overall totally recommend!

Will be back!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo was clean and spacious. Jonathan was great to work with and always got right back to us if we had a question. Will definitely be back.

Lovely house with all you need

Stayed in the last week of June and overall I had a lovely stay. The house is very clean and excellently stocked with everything you need. It is in a quiet neighborhood is close to everything and just off coastal highway . Booking was quite the hustle though, took days to get a confirmation since this is processed outside VRBO by long and foster and they didn’t send notifications. Even had to call to ask about check in process. Shaynah at L&F was super helpful and responsive when she got involved including on following up with the WiFi issues. Definitely need to fix the booking and check in process.
