The open floor concept has a ton of natural light, a fireplace, a large kitchen table, and a well-stocked kitchen for any home chef to appreciate. There is a lovely screened porch off the living room. The first level offers a primary bedroom with a king bed, rear patio, and TV. The third level offers two more primary bedrooms with a king bed, a private balcony, and pyramid bunk beds with trundle beds. Fantastic Location, Fantastic Brand New Home, and Fantastic Amenities!
LOCATION: The Rehoboth Crossing community is just a quick bike ride to the beach, or you can grab public transportation (it stops right in front of the community) and walk to multiple restaurants, such as Outback, The Pointe, Crystal Diner, and many more.
PARKING: Private driveway for two cars. Overflow available behind Outback. Do not park on the street.
AMENITIES: Community pool, access to the Junction & Breakwater Trail access. The trail has amazing views and about 7 miles for biking and walking. Bring your bike and take a ride to Lewes Beach using the trail. Breakwater and Junction bike/walking trail. Ceiling fans, hardwood flooring, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a community gym in the clubhouse.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. The garage is not available. Community pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental program to guests. No pets and no smoking!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
