This property has everything you need and want in a beach house. The owners are very generous with not only how the house is presented but providing pantry staples and bathroom products made us feel spoilt. The outdoor area was spacious and private and the large spa was enjoyed by all.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Modern and spacious. Our only criticism was the spa didn’t work properly as it didn’t reach a heated temperature so we were unable to use it and the single beds were way too small and very uncomfortable. Overall this property was really clean, spacious and accommodating. We will most definitely be back on our annual trip.

Also, the size of all beds can be found within the description and over the years we've been managing the property, we've never had anyone indicate they were uncomfortable. We were a party of 8 doing a 30km walk for Coastrek to raise funds for ‘Beyond Blue’, hence a property booking with a spa. Early on well before check in it became apparent there was an issue with the spa, a part refund for spa component or full cancellation was offered. Fortunately we had an existing booking with Peninsula Hot Springs (a must to visit). This property is so well appointed, the expanse and finishes, it was a real treat even without the spa. We arrived in the dark having travelled from the Melbourne airport and the welcome heating, lights, music was bliss! We were delighted with the stay. Recommend a couple more runners/rugs to block general house noise and extend or get rid of timer in bathrooms. Loved it!
Absolutely beautifully styled house. Big enough to have kids up one end and adults up the other. Sadly the spa wasn’t working, which is the main reason we booked the property, but we were compensated for that - however would have rathered have use of the spa. Overall a lovely property, beautifully designed and decorated. A pleasant stay, walking distance to the back beach.
We spent 2 nights at this property, a group of 7. The houses is gigantic, clean and exceptionally well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
